Bhoothnath Returns is an upcoming Indian horror comedy-drama film directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced jointly by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ravi Chopra and co-produced by Ajay kapoor. A sequel to 2008 film Bhoothnath, the film features Amitabh Bachchan in a leading role followed by Boman Irani and Shahrukh Khan in a supporting role.

As shared by Bachchan on Twitter, shooting of the film began on 10 October 2013. The film also has a cameo appearance of Ranbir Kapoor.

The film is set to release in 11 April 2014. Rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has composed one of the songs in this film titled Party with Bhootnath.

"Party toh banti hai" song is composed by 18year old boy Palash Muchhal.

On 26 February 2014, a theatrical trailer was released.

A little birdie tells us that, on one occasion, the flamboyant hunk of B-town Ranveer Singh had locked himself up inside a hotel room for three days. And before you let your imagination run wild, the sexy Singh wasn’t having any female company in the room, neither his alleged current Deepika Padukone nor his alleged ex, Anushka Sharma. In fact, Ranveer Singh was all by himself, we hear! So why, you ask? Well, reportedly, the Romeo of Ram-Leela had locked himself up in a hotel room for three days when his Juliet from the past, Anushka Sharma had dumped him.

Though Ranveer comes forth as a cool dude, who’d be unaffected by break-ups and emotional stuff like that, we hear that when Anushka parted ways from him, he was quite heartbroken. He was out of town at that time and he didn’t come out of his hotel room for three days, says a source. “He moped around for weeks. He might behave like he is mad but when he is committed, he really gives it all to the relationships but these days it seems the actor – at least the ones he dates – doesn’t seem to know the meaning of the word forever,” added the source while talking to a popular daily.

Ahem, ahem! We wonder who else the source was referring to! Meanwhile, it’s still kinda hard to digest that Ranveer is such a senti bloke, hai na? Young actor Arjun Kapoor has been named the national ambassador of the Earth Hour 

to be observed March 29. He is glad that he can influence young minds and bring 

about positive change. ”Being a youth icon and influencing people is always good. 

But this (the Earth Hour) is something important because I can create an impression 

on people’s minds and that can bring a change in our country,” the 28-year-old 

actor said at an event for Earth Hour. Under the Earth Hour initiative, citizens 

are asked to switch off all electricity for an hour. This year, it will be observed 

Saturday from 8.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. ”If someone gets influenced by a pledge I 

take, then these are the things I want to do. So I am really grateful to be given 

this opportunity,” Arjun added. Arjun, who will soon be seen in 2 States, also does 

his part in keeping the environment green. He says that he, along with his sister 

Anshula are fond of planting tress and plants – something that their late mother 

Mona had taught them when they were young. ”I plant as many trees and plants as 

possible. It is something my mother was very fond of doing and even my sister. My 

sister started this in school and we have continued it. Greenery is vanishing by 

leaps and bounds, and that’s something I have been intrigued by since childhood. I 

would like to have a garden, but in Mumbai it’s impossible to have one. So we have

Anushka Sharma‘s first production venture NH 10 will be co-produced by Eros International Media Limited (Eros International) and Phantom Films. To be directed by Navdeep Singh, NH 10 is an action thriller about a road trip that goes wrong, and apart from producing it, Anushka will feature in it.

“The film is an exciting collaboration with Anushka and Phantom and we are happy to associate with this talented team. NH 10 promises to be an interesting journey and we are looking forward to supporting and nurturing such strong content driven films,” Sunil Lulla, managing director, Eros International Media Ltd, said in a statement.

Anushka, who made her acting debut in 2008 opposite Shahrukh Khan in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, is thrilled about the film. ”I’m doubly thrilled about NH-10, as it’s a superb role and it also kick-starts this new phase in my film journey,” said the heroine, who features in Phantom Films’ Bombay Velvet.

Now, she is happy to collaborate with the banner for her production venture. ”This is my second film after Bombay Velvet with Phantom, and it’s a blast working with them. It’s going to be super-exciting working together again on what promises to be an explosive film,” said the 25-year-old.

It was refreshing to see a movie like that about two girls. “We both play very opposite characters. Richa plays the role of a very corporate, serious and uptight sort of girl while I am free-spirited and vagabond types. So, when you put two people like that, there is a lot of comedy and drama.”

Having worked in off-beat films like ‘Shaitan’, ‘That Girl In Yellow Boots’, Kalki feels a commercial entertainer like ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani‘, which attracts audience on a large scale, helps in taking the artiste to the masses. “As a larger population of people watch a film like ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani‘ than a film like ‘That Girl In Yellow Boots‘, it enables you to reach that audience.

“When that happens, it brings you in a position to do different kinds of films which that audience might watch if they know who you are,” she added. As an actor, Kalki wants to sign for challenging roles and not bind herself in a particular image.” “As an actor I don’t want to repeat myself. I want to do something which challenges me and makes me learn something new. But it’s also the way people see you. Gradually, I am trying to show the people that I can do different types of things,” she said.

“People have an idea that she will do crazy roles but those kinds of scripts come my way. But yes, if I wanted to have a normal job in an office, I would have gone for something like that. Earlier we told you how Sunny Leone, who is currently promoting her upcoming film Ragini MMS 2, was barred entry in Indore. Reportedly, some members of a Hindu radical group (Bajrang Dal) had warned the owners of the mall, where Sunny Leone was supposed to visit, that they would resort to violence if they allowed Ms Leone to promote her film in their city. And due to all this, no hotel in Indore was keen to host the former porn star. Isn’t this a height of hypocrisy? We’re sure the same people enjoy watching Ms Leone’s pornographic videos behind closed doors, but they don’t want her to enter ‘their’ city just to show the people that they still follow their ideals. Ah, well, what happened to democracy, we wonder!

Aren’t people more interested in satiating their lustful eyeballs on what Sunny could possibly display in this movie, rather than anticipating the display of supernatural elements, we asked the hottie. “Oh I think what you see in trailer is a mix of my sex appeal as well as scary ghosts. In fact, you will see more ghosts in the whole movie and not just me having a shower. (laughs) Even if my fans come to watch me in the movie, they will be only happy to get to a good story and a whole lot of entertainment in the end. So I am sure they won’t be disappointed in the end,” said the 32-year-old hottie, who made a swift transition from being a popular adult movie star to a Bollywood babe.

Ask her how this sequel will propel the original story forward and Sunny maintains that Ragini MMS 2 will not only take the horror tale forward but it will also raise the bar in terms of the way horror genre has been treated in India and the way in which it is received by the audience. “The original movie was a success and the sequel also has a back-story to it. There’s a connection that will be further enhanced by the help of movie’s clever tagline and appealing posters. I believe that the movie is extremely well shot and you will see sex, horror and many thrilling moments that will make you jump out of the seat,” added Sunny.

From her sensational entry in Bigg Boss’s house and then natural progression into the business of entertainment in India, Sunny is happy with the choices she has made and the opportunities she has got in B-town. So what has the Indo-Canadian hottie set out to achieve in the island city, the city of dreams? “I had no idea that I will be absorbed into the movie business here in Mumbai. When I entered the Bigg Boos house, I had no plan in my head. I did not even know how it will pan out. Movies happened later, but it was not a well thought-out move. And today I spend more time in Mumbai than in LA. I think this city offers so many possibilities, so many options. It is up to you how you play your cards well and how you do justice to the opportunities you get. At the moment I am enjoying the hectic pace and the vibrancy offered by Bollywood,” explains Sunny with her trademark giggle.

For someone who was raised in Canada, not exactly connected to Bollywood movies, who does Sunny appreciate and look up to from the Hindi film industry? “Oh, it has to be Priyanka Chopra. Look what she has achieved all on her own. She is this exciting package of a glam movie star, a superb actor and a popular singer. Her range of talent is extraordinary. And the fact that she is known internationally makes her even more special. I certainly look up to her and follow her,” said Sunny.

Today Sunny shuttles between Mumbai and LA frequently,sShe manages to juggle her budding career in Mumbai as well as look after her work in LA. Does she want to bust any myth about the business of selling adult content, as people have these notorious images when it comes to dealing with the fact that Sunny functioned as pornstar for the of her life. “I don’t discuss pornography. I don’t want to talk about it. Every time I have said something it has been taken out of context. My statements have been given twists and turns in the media and therefore I don’t want to answer any question that has the word pornography in it,” states the babe firmly.

The wait is finally over. Ekta Kapoor’s much-talked about film Ragini MMS 2 starring former Canadian pornstar Sunny Leone will release this Friday. Balaji head honcho and her leading lady have extensively promoted their upcoming horror film which is the sequel to 2011 hit film Ragini MMS. To ensure the film catches the attention of the youth, the makers have also incorporated a special Yo Yo Honey Singh number – Chaar bottle vodka. Besides the Punjabi rapper, the song features the very sexy Sunny who has up the glam quotient in the peppy club number with her seductive moves. The Honey Singh song is already a rage amongst the masses but will it help Ragini MMS 2 to get cash registers ringing? Coz besides Ekta’s film, Satish Kaushik’s horror comedy Gang of Ghosts, Rajat Kapoor’s Ankhon Dekhi and Nagesh Kukunoor’s Lakshmi will also hit the screens this week. Also, Kangana Ranaut’s Queen is still going steady at the ticket windows. So will the Sunny-Ekta jodi manage to create hungama at the box office with their horror-cum-sleaze show flick Ragini MMS 2? Or will multi release Friday and Kangy’s chick flick play a spoilsport for Bhushan Patel’s directorial venture?

Exhibitor-distributor Akshaye Rathi says, “Out of the four releases on the coming Friday, Ekta Kapoor’s Ragini MMS clearly has the edge! The two factors that should ensure a great opening are – 1) Great music, which has caught on fabulously among the youth and 2) Erotica – A theme that gets a big chunk of the mass movie going public excited! More so, the brand Ragini MMS is synonymous with great horror on the silver screen and these elements should ensure that the producers laugh their way to the banks. Among the other releases, gang of ghosts can be interesting because Satish Kaushik has had a track record to making entertaining films for a wide, generic audience. Even though it lacks star value, it could pick up and do fine with a good word of mouth.”

Even wethinks Baby doll Sunny’s sexy avatar will overshadow the other three films at the BO. While we don’t know if the film will enter the elite Rs 100 crore club, for now we are betting on Ragini MMS2 considering it stars the once-upon-a-time adult actor turned Bollywood starlet Sunny Leone.

Priyanka Chopra turned showstopper on Sunday for designer Neeta Lulla, who displayed her Indo-western collections at Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2014

Talking about Priyanka’s attire, Neeta Lulla said: “Priyanka is wearing a kaftan which is very stylish and colorful.



It was wonderful to have Priyanka as my muse. She carried it off really well. My collections had bright monochromatic colors with their tints inspired from the rain forest.”

Neeta’s collection was inspired by Aztec motifs with Indian badla work. Her fashion line was a mix of several colours including cream, pink, purple, green among others with very simple silhouettes for summer. Playing well with silk and satin, Neeta displayed her fashion line which was a blend of Indian and Western attire. Priyanka dazzled on the ramp donning off white kaftan with knee length cuts from both the sides.


Priyanka says she is always scared to walk the ramp. ”Walking on the ramp scares me… I get very nervous and I am the happiest when it gets over. This outfit is very comfortable. Neeta is one of the iconic designers and it was wonderful to walk for her,” she said
